How it works

strategy. funnel. process.

First we work out what you are selling, and who you are selling it to. Then we plan posts that take each of those people from stranger to yes. Then we write them from your own stories.

Each part feeds the next. Here is how.

1. Your strategy

what are you selling, and who are you selling it to?

Every founder is selling something. Even a founder who says "I just want reach" is trying to convince someone. It is almost never only your product to your customers.

  • Your productto the people who buy it. The MD of a ₹1,500-crore manufacturing company sells tapes and sealants to distributors and factory buyers in the Gulf and India.
  • Your companyto the people you want to hire. The co-founder of a 1.6M-subscriber YouTube channel sells his company to the video editors he wants on his team.
  • Your companyto investors. The founder of a VC-backed phone startup doesn't sell phones on LinkedIn. His readers are investors and the people he wants to hire.
  • Your point of viewto your industry. The leader of a 35-year-old exhibit company sells one idea to marketing heads: trade shows are a sales channel.
  • Youto brands, stages and partners. A history storyteller with nearly 3M on YouTube sells herself to brands and to professional India.

Most founders are selling 3 to 5 of these at once. For each one, we write down the 1 thing that person needs to believe about you. In plain words.

Then every post gets exactly 1 job: make 1 of those people believe 1 of those things. If a post has no job, we don't write it.

That is also how we judge a post. One of our founders wrote a post that got very few likes. It got forwarded on WhatsApp and brought in an enquiry from a film superstar's production team. Likes are not the result. The sale is.

2. Your funnel

for each person, posts at 3 stages.

Nobody hires you, joins you or backs you after 1 post from someone they have never heard of. So for every sell, we plan posts at all 3 stages.

get discovered

Stories, opinions and news

Your real stories and what you believe. This is how people who don't know you yet find you, and start caring.

build trust

How-tos, case studies and breakdowns

How you actually do things, and what you have done. These get fewer likes. That is by design. This is where they start taking you seriously.

convert

Fears, frustrations, wins and offers

What worries them, the results you got, and a clear ask. A lot of your readers don't know you are hiring or raising. So you tell them.

Worked example: selling your company to investors

Discover: stories that push the way you see your category, and why it is bigger than people think.

Trust: how you take investor meetings. How you have given your investors a good return.

Convert: what scares an investor about a company like yours, and your answer. The wins that matter to investors. Then "we're raising".

How it played out for a real client

The co-founder of a 1.6M-subscriber YouTube channel runs a video-editing school with 4,500+ students. He was selling the school to people who want to become editors, and his company to the editors he wants to hire.

Discover: his story about pretending to be Dutch at 17 so foreign clients would pay him. 125,349 impressions. Within 9 days, Hindustan Times, India Today, Livemint, News18 and Asianet covered it.

Trust: a post on how he hires editors. 88,922 impressions, in front of the people he wants to hire.

3. Your process

everything comes from you. it barely takes your time.

The strategy tells us what to ask you. Your answers become the posts. We never make up your stories or your opinions. People can tell.

  1. 1

    Onboarding

A discovery call to understand why you want LinkedIn now. Then we write your strategy: what you sell, who to, what each of them needs to believe, and what you will and won't talk about. You approve it before we write a single post.

We also optimise your profile. Headline, banner, about and experience, so the people your posts bring in see your proof first.

  2. 2

You talk, in 1 of 2 ways

A monthly content interview. 1 to 2 hours, once a month. We send the questions first. Then we ask about last year, last month and last week: your stories, what happened, what you think. 1 call gives us about 20 posts' worth.

Voice notes. A customer conversation, a problem you solved, an opinion you can't shake. Send a 1 to 2 minute voice note when it happens.

  3. 3

    We write

20 to 30 posts a month, in your voice. Each one is planned for 1 sell, 1 person and 1 funnel stage. So the month covers every sell, at every stage.

  4. 4

    You approve in Notion

You get your own Notion page with the drafts. Read them when it suits you and leave comments. We make the changes. Nothing goes live without your yes.

  5. 5

    We post

We post from your account if you give us access. If not, we hand the posts over and you hit publish.

  6. 6

    We report

A short report every week. A full report every month: impressions, followers, top posts, and what we change next.

What it leads to

the right post, for the right person.

We don't name our clients. Every number is real, and each one started with a sell.

MD of a ₹1,500-crore manufacturing company

226K impressions from 29 posts

Selling tapes and sealants to distributors and factory buyers. 100K impressions in his first 28 days, from about 1,000 followers. His best post was about a mistake he made with his sales team.

Questions

about the process.

Interview or voice notes: which should I pick?

Whichever you will actually do. If you like talking in one go, take the monthly interview. If things happen to you all week, send voice notes as they come.

What if I don't know what I'm selling?

Most founders haven't written it down. Working it out is the first thing we do together. You approve the written strategy before any posts are written.

Will it sound like me?

Yes. Every post starts from something you said. You read each one in Notion and comment before it goes out.

Do you use AI?

We use AI tools to move faster. The stories and opinions come from you, and a writer checks every line before you see it.

Do you need my LinkedIn password?

No. If you give us access, we post from your account. If not, we send you the posts and you publish them.

How does the guarantee work?

If your profile doesn't reach 100K impressions within 3 months, we keep working for free until it does.
